Refund Policy for DR guarantee Service

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for the DR guarantee Service will only be processed after 45 working days have passed from the date of service completion or purchase, whichever is applicable.
Important: We will provide you with a refund only after 45 working days have elapsed. This waiting period allows sufficient time for service delivery and verification.
2. Business Days and Holidays
The following days are considered holidays and are excluded from the 45 working days calculation:
- Weekends: All Saturdays and Sundays
- December 2-3: UAE National Day / Eid Al Etihad (UAE) - Office Holidays
- December 24: Christmas Eve (public holiday in some countries/regions) - Office Holidays
- Holiday Period: December 25 (Christmas) through January 1 (New Year's Day) - This entire period is considered a full holiday
The 45 working days period is calculated using business days only, excluding weekends and all specified holidays including December 2-3 (UAE National Day / Eid Al Etihad), December 24 (Christmas Eve), and the holiday period from Christmas to January 1st.
3. Refund Processing
Once the 45 working days period (excluding holidays) has passed, eligible refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Refund Request Requirements
To request a refund, you must:
- Wait until at least 45 business days have passed from the service completion date
- Provide your order number or transaction ID
- Submit a written request via email to founder@markupxbrands.com
- Include a clear reason for the refund request
5. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain circumstances may affect refund eligibility. Refunds may not be available if:
- The service has been fully delivered as agreed
- The refund request is made before the 45 working days waiting period has elapsed
- The request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy
